Solaris 10 and JDS3

If you are running Pentium III based machine you may have problems loging into JDS3/GNOME session on Solaris 10 build 69. You are probably hitting bug 6176989 in which MediaLib attempts to use SSE2 instructions on CPUs that only support SSE1. GNOME, and thus JDS3, uses MediaLib to accelerate certain graphics operations.

The bug is supposed to be fixed in build 70, and you should also be able to workaround the problem by removing /usr/lib/libmlib/libmlib_sse.so.2, so it falls back to the non-SSE-optimized version of MediaLib.
